This Service and Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Scenic Markets LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides AI consulting, implementation, and managed services, and establishes the acceptable use requirements for clients engaging our Services. This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to all clients and website visitors.
1. Service Delivery Standards
1.1 Professional Standards
Scenic Markets LLC commits to delivering all Services in a professional and competent manner, consistent with generally accepted industry standards for AI consulting and technology services. Our team members are qualified professionals with demonstrated expertise in AI deployment, data engineering, and information security.
1.2 Service Availability
Our business operates during the following hours:
Standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (CT), excluding federal holidays observed in the State of Minnesota Managed Services support: As defined in the applicable Managed Services Agreement (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise tier) Emergency support: Available for critical incidents (SEV-1) for clients with Professional or Enterprise managed services agreements
1.3 Communication
We are committed to responsive and transparent communication:
Website inquiries and contact form submissions: response within two (2) business days Active engagement communications: as defined in the project communication plan Managed services requests: response within SLA-defined timeframes All formal communications should be directed to [email protected] or +1-763-496-9308
2. Payment Processing and Billing
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Scenic Markets LLC accepts the following payment methods:
Bank wire transfer (ACH) Company check Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — a processing fee of 3% may apply Other methods as agreed in writing
2.2 Invoicing
Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Standard payment terms are Net-30 unless otherwise negotiated. All invoices will be sent electronically to the billing contact designated by the Client.
2.3 Currency
All fees and charges are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD).
2.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. The Client is responsible for all taxes, duties, and government assessments associated with the Services, except for taxes based on Scenic Markets LLC's net income.
2.5 Payment Disputes
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please notify us in writing within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly. Undisputed portions of invoices remain due on the original payment date.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Scenic Markets LLC Services agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during all phases of the engagement Designate a primary point of contact with authority to make decisions and approve deliverables Provide timely access to personnel, data, systems, and infrastructure as required Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines Ensure all data shared with Scenic Markets LLC is data the Client has the legal right to use Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards Maintain the security and confidentiality of any credentials, systems, or access provided Make payments in accordance with agreed terms Notify Scenic Markets LLC promptly of any security incidents affecting shared systems
4. Acceptable Use of AI Systems
AI systems deployed by Scenic Markets LLC on your infrastructure are intended for lawful business purposes.
AI systems may NOT be used for:
